We are a team of highly motivated professionals with various diverse professional backgrounds. Our team has many years of experience in servicing clients of the asset management industry. The combination of many years of audits and audit related services with "hands on" experience from working in asset management companies enables us to walk in your shoes.

We regularly work with Financial Services Companies of any size and kind. Amongst our clients are some of the most renowned asset management companies, investment banks and custodians. We are also servicing clients of other sectors in regard to accounting questions and developing Internal Control Systems as well as performing internal audit projects or assessments of the internal control system.

Our services range from financial audits and WpHG-audits all the way to special audits (for example being mandated by BaFin or the supervisory board), due diligences and regulatory advisory projects.

If we were to name one specialty of our company, it would be Internal Audit. We support the Internal Audit Functions of all kind of financial services companies in any kind of projects. For smaller companies, we can assume the entire Internal Audit Function and provide such service as full insourcing. Larger companies assign us with individual audits, reviews of certain engagements or an analysis of the overall setup of the Internal Audit Function. We can help prepare for reviews by the ECB, support ongoing assessments and help mitigate findings.

In a similar role, we can support the Compliance Function of financial services firms. Again, our services range from the assumption of the entire compliance function to supporting individual projects. With our experienced team, we are highly flexible in providing the depth and breadth of level of service required.
